Melissa Laidlaw

Melissa Laidlaw is a licensed conveyancer with more than 20 years of experience in the field. Since beginning her conveyancing career in 1998, she has primarily served clients in the Macarthur and Wollondilly regions. Melissa obtained her conveyancing licence in 2002 after completing her studies at Macquarie University. She has previously collaborated with colleagues Leah and Nicole at Wollondilly & The NSW Conveyancing Centre, and is now pleased to be working alongside them again at Southern Property Transfers. Melissa’s extensive knowledge and experience enhance the team of licensed conveyancers at Southern Property Transfers, ensuring clients receive thorough and professional service throughout their property transactions.
