Lynette Avanis brings a wealth of practical experience and a client-centred approach to her role as Licensee. Having lived and worked in the Pilbara for over a decade, she understands the unique challenges faced by buyers and sellers in remote areas. In 2014, Lynette relocated to the South-West of Western Australia and began studying law the following year. During her studies, she developed a strong interest in contract, property, and banking law, which she has since applied in her work. Recognising that traditional conveyancing processes could be improved, particularly for clients in remote locations, Lynette established Rural Conveyancing with a focus on clear communication and accessibility. She is dedicated to ensuring her clients are well-informed and confident throughout the conveyancing journey. Lynette places great emphasis on making the signing and identification processes straightforward and convenient, aiming to reduce stress and provide peace of mind to those she serves.
