Ella Leitch

Ella Leitch is a dedicated solicitor with a focus on family and fertility law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland, majoring in History and French, and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Griffith University, where she graduated with first-class honours and received the University Medal. Her career began in property law, concentrating on planning and development, but her passion for assisting individuals in their journey to parenthood led her to transition into family and fertility law. Ella is particularly interested in surrogacy and fertility law’s complexities and is working towards her first publication in the field, hoping to be an advocate for reform. Currently practising at Page Provan Family & Fertility Lawyers, Ella started as a paralegal before advancing to her current solicitor role. Her previous legal experience includes roles as a legal secretary at McCarthy Durie Lawyers and Page Provan, where she honed her skills and gained valuable insight into client needs and legal processes. Ella’s diverse background includes working in sales and as a barista, experiences that have enriched her client service skills. Outside her legal career, Ella enjoys playing piano and tennis, and cherishes time with her two labradors.
