Bruce Provan

Bruce Provan is the managing director at Page Provan, bringing over 34 years of accomplished experience in the field of family law. He earned both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Queensland and was admitted as a lawyer in 1991. Bruce began his legal career at a national firm, completing his articles of clerkship and gaining accreditation in family law in 1999. Since 2002, Bruce has focused exclusively on family law, working with a prominent firm in central Brisbane where he honed his expertise. Bruce's practice encompasses a wide range of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting disputes, de facto relationship law, and divorce law. As a nationally accredited mediator and trained collaborative lawyer, he excels in mediation and dispute resolution. His professional journey includes significant roles such as being a partner at Harrington Family Lawyers and a senior associate at Hartley Healy, where he specialised in comprehensive family law services for private clients. In addition to his legal practice, Bruce has contributed articles to esteemed publications such as the Queensland Law Society magazine Proctor and IFA. He has also shared his insights through presentations at family law seminars. Bruce's diverse background includes experience in tax and insolvency with chartered accounting firms, as well as working abroad with a local authority in England. Outside of his legal career, Bruce enjoys running, playing touch football, traveling, and spending quality time with his adult children.
