Monica Lamsis joined McCarthy Partners in 2025 and brings a diverse legal background to her practice. She focuses primarily on commercial leasing, property law, and general commercial matters. Monica began her legal career in construction law and has since gained experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and wills and estates. Prior to admission, Monica worked as a law clerk specialising in property and commercial leasing, and gained valuable insight by shadowing barristers in the Supreme Court, where she observed cases in commercial, administrative, and mining law litigation. Her broad range of experience enhances her ability to provide practical and informed advice to clients. Monica is a highly valued member of the team at McCarthy Partners.
