Ralph Bratton

John Izzo is the principal of the firm, bringing extensive legal experience and a strong academic background. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney in 1966, followed by a Bachelor of Law from the same university in 1969. He further advanced his legal education with a Master of Laws degree in 1984. John was admitted as a Solicitor and Attorney of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1970 and was appointed as a Public Notary by the Supreme Court in 2004. In addition to his legal qualifications, John is registered as a Notary Public with the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Italian Consulate in Sydney. This registration enables him to prepare Powers of Attorney for use in transactions in Italy, including property purchases and sales, as well as matters relating to Italian inheritances. Fluent in Italian, John is able to effectively assist clients navigating cross-border legal matters between Australia and Italy. The formal appointment of a Notary Public grants recognition of his authority in various jurisdictions, facilitating international legal processes.
