Kerry Martin

Kerry Martin, a licensed property conveyancer, began her legal journey in Newcastle after relocating from a small country town in 1993. Starting as a receptionist, she quickly advanced to the role of legal secretary and conveyancing assistant, while pursuing external studies through Southern Cross University. In 1998, she became one of Newcastle's first licensed conveyancers, joining the largest conveyancing firm in New South Wales at the time. Over nearly a decade, she rose to the position of branch manager, gaining extensive experience. Driven by her passion for conveyancing and inspired by her personal journey, Kerry launched Kerry Martin Conveyancing in 2009, operating from her home. Her business is founded on providing quality conveyancing services at affordable fees, ensuring minimal inconvenience for clients. Kerry is committed to offering personal and professional service, making herself available after hours to meet the needs of her clients.
