Samantha Moloney

Samantha Moloney serves as the Principal Solicitor at Hoy McCormack & Moloney, a role she has passionately held since 2014. She embarked on her legal journey with the firm in 1995, initially joining as an articled clerk, and was admitted as a solicitor in 2000. As the daughter of the founding Principal, Kieran McCormack, she has been integral to the firm's evolution and success. Samantha's legal acumen spans family law, wills and estates, and conveyancing, areas in which she demonstrates both depth and dedication. Her commitment to client service and detailed understanding of the legal landscape ensures that she consistently provides insightful and effective legal solutions. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and has a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree in History, English, and Sociology from the University of Queensland. Her office is based on the scenic Gold Coast, where she continues to lead and inspire her team at Hoy McCormack & Moloney.
