Raymond Bouvier

Aneta is the founding principal of Heras Family Lawyers, which she established in 2016 with a commitment to integrating the legal and emotional aspects of family law matters. Recognising that legal challenges often intertwine with emotional distress, Aneta approaches her practice with empathy and a deep understanding of her clients' needs. Aneta is admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Her expertise in family law is bolstered by her academic pursuits, having earned a Master of Laws with a concentration in family law. Her academic background is further enriched by her prior research in psychology, where she received a stipend in 2005 to explore electrical brain activity related to inhibitory control and impulsivity. An active participant in the legal community, Aneta is a dedicated member of the National Pro Bono Target, demonstrating her commitment to using her legal skills to effect positive social change.
