Luke Musto

Luke Musto serves as the Australian Practice Lead at Harris Gomez Group, stationed in the Santiago office. He brings a wealth of expertise across Latin American jurisdictions, acting as a crucial link between the firm's Australian and Latin American offices. His role involves fostering collaboration and adeptly handling complex cross-border projects across various practice areas. Before his tenure in Santiago, Luke began his career with the Sydney team and spent several years in Argentina, acquiring in-depth knowledge of the Latin American legal and business environments. This experience has fortified his capability to manage international legal issues across different jurisdictions, time zones, and languages. During his time in Santiago, Luke took on the role of Deputy Practice Lead as a maternity leave cover, which provided him with significant leadership experience while continuing to achieve outstanding results for clients. Luke is a member of the NSW Law Society and is fluent in English and Spanish. He actively participates with Auscham and Britcham in Chile, strengthening his engagement with key business communities and fostering bilateral relationships. In 2017, he was honoured with the Alejandro Malaspina Award for Spanish by the Embassy of Spain in Australia. Within Harris Gomez Group, Luke collaborates across all offices, offering expertise in immigration, corporate, commercial, cross-border transactions, corporate human rights, ESG, and employment law.
