Harris Gomez is the Founder and Director of Harris Gomez Group, an international firm renowned for facilitating cross-border transactions between common law countries and Latin America. With over three decades of experience, Harris has meticulously guided innovative companies through the intricacies of corporate and business law, technology and software protection, employment law, real estate, and M&A transactions. His expertise is particularly reflected in his successful negotiation of Mining and IP contracts with industry giants like Codelco, Rio Tinto, and Glencore in both Latin America and Australia.
