Andrew Harris is the Managing Director of Harris Carlson, bringing a wealth of experience advising a broad spectrum of clients, including large multinational private companies and high net worth individuals. Throughout his career, Andrew has held roles at several commercial law firms in Melbourne and served as general counsel for a multinational, publicly listed technology company. With extensive expertise across commercial law, he established Harris Carlson Lawyers in 2008. Andrew’s practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, trusts, joint ventures and business structuring arrangements, as well as capital raising. He provides advisory board services and assists clients with financial services compliance and regulatory matters under ASIC. His experience also includes intellectual property licensing, franchising compliance, and sports law, covering sponsorship, competition licensing, and player endorsement agreements. In addition, Andrew advises on insolvency issues for both individuals and corporations, asset protection, estate planning, and corporate restructuring, offering comprehensive support and documentation. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and was admitted to practice in Victoria in 1999.
