About Ralph
Gordon Bryant is a partner at the firm and continues a proud family tradition, being the grandson of the founder, Frederick Charles Bryant, and the son of the late John Beresford Bryant, a long-serving senior partner. He graduated from the University of Sydney and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1980. Gordon became a partner just three years later, reflecting his commitment and capability. His legal career began while still at law school, working part-time as a registration clerk at the firm. Since then, he has maintained a strong presence at the Rockdale office, representing a diverse client base across Sydney, including individuals and corporations alike. Gordon’s practice covers conveyancing, general and commercial litigation, family law and matters involving disputed deceased estates. He has built enduring relationships with many clients, some spanning over 30 years and across multiple generations. He attributes this longevity to the firm’s consistent and stable approach, coupled with his personal commitment to accessibility and responsiveness. In addition to his professional work, Gordon is actively involved with the Autistic Association and the Giant Steps School for Autism, demonstrating his engagement beyond the legal sphere. Clients are encouraged to begin their own long-term relationship with the firm, benefitting from the stability and personalised service that Gordon and the team provide.
