Joshua Whale was raised in the close-knit farming community of Merriwa. After completing his legal studies in Sydney and gaining admission as a lawyer in 2018, Joshua chose to return to his roots, joining Equilaw Solicitors to begin his legal career. He has established a reputation as a determined advocate, representing clients across a broad range of matters including criminal law, family law, commercial litigation and general court advocacy. Joshua is experienced in appearances in the Federal, Local and District Courts, frequently collaborating with an experienced team of barristers on more complex cases. Outside the office, Joshua is an avid sports enthusiast with a keen interest in rugby and golf.
