Tim Campbell is the principal of the practice he established in 2009. He has a strong track record in Indigenous legal matters, most notably securing Native Title recognition for the Kaurna people over the Adelaide region in March 2018. Tim represents clients across a variety of courts, including the Federal Court, the ERD Court, the Supreme Court of South Australia, the District Court, SACAT, and the Magistrates’ Court.
