Before entering private practice in 2015, Belinda spent 22 years as an in-house lawyer and a local government executive, holding pivotal roles including Acting General Manager and Director of Corporate & Development Services at Singleton Council, and Principal Solicitor at Newcastle City Council. Belinda has extensive experience in managing waste services, corporate projects, building and development reform, risk management, and investigations. She has been actively involved in prosecution and appeal matters, advising on various key infrastructure and operational projects. Her advisory work covers areas like land release, environmental technologies, water supply issues, economic proposals, and planning agreements, reflecting her well-rounded expertise. An advocate for community welfare, Belinda has volunteered in South Pacific Island nations, providing advice on social and environmental issues.
