Oscar Wyndam-Pryce

Ashley Davey is a senior solicitor with extensive experience in personal injury law, having been with Bale Boshev since 2020. Originally from Victoria, Ashley attended university in Melbourne before relocating to Canberra, where he began his career in public service with the Australian Taxation Office and later the Department of Education. Following 15 years in the public sector, Ashley took a different path by managing a TAB agency for over four years. Driven by a desire for change, he returned to university to study law and was admitted to practice in 2008. Ashley subsequently spent a decade with Slater and Gordon, a national personal injury firm, including three years based in Newcastle. After a brief return to Canberra, he moved back to Newcastle and joined Bale Boshev. Ashley focuses exclusively on representing individuals who have suffered injuries, whether from workplace accidents, motor vehicle collisions, or incidents like slips and falls. He is committed to securing fair compensation for his clients, embracing the challenges that complex cases present.
