Oscar Anagonye

Ellie Young was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2014, following her graduation with a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology, Sydney. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Sydney. Ellie’s early legal career centred on commercial transactions, with a particular focus on managing complex simultaneous conveyances involving commercial property and licensed businesses. She also has experience handling planning and development applications related to changes in the use of licensed venues. Currently, Ellie’s practice encompasses a broad range of commercial and property law matters. She regularly advises on business acquisitions and disposals across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. Her experience extends to retail and commercial leases for tenants throughout New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. In addition, Ellie handles conveyancing matters for residential properties in New South Wales, including off-the-plan apartment contracts, as well as the acquisition and sale of companies.
