Nathan Marshall is a Partner at Stanley & Co Lawyers, bringing over 20 years of experience in commercial litigation and resolving disputes related to wills and estates. He has represented a diverse range of clients including individuals, family businesses, start-ups, and small-to-medium enterprises across all court jurisdictions. Nathan’s expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of complex disputes such as commercial litigation, wills and estates conflicts, defamation claims, and debt recovery to protect business cash flow. He adopts a pragmatic approach, recognising that protracted litigation often yields no clear winners, and is committed to achieving early resolutions that serve his clients’ best interests. In addition to his legal practice, Nathan contributes as a panel member of the Litigation Assistance Fund, a charitable trust supported by the Law Society of South Australia.
