Peter Moloney

Peter Moloney brings nearly four decades of experience across a broad spectrum of legal areas, including industrial and employment law, WorkCover claims, defamation, discrimination, personal injury claims, and public sector code of conduct issues. He founded Moloney and Partners 30 years ago and takes pride in having nurtured a team of solicitors who all began their careers with the firm—a distinctive achievement in legal practice. Peter maintains a strong focus on serious injury claims and employment law matters. His expertise extends to public sector code of conduct cases, representing clients at federal, state, and local government levels throughout Adelaide. Beyond his legal work, Peter is committed to his family and community. He enjoys walking, swimming, reading on current affairs and a variety of books, as well as listening to diverse genres of music. His community engagement includes three decades of board service at a local hospital, a role in which he spent ten years as chairperson.
