Kiah Gant

Kiah Gant is an Associate Director with extensive experience in family law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology, and is admitted as a solicitor to the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland. Kiah is a member of both the Queensland Law Society and the Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland. With over a decade of experience in the legal profession, Kiah’s background includes roles as a personal assistant, paralegal, office manager, and trainee solicitor prior to her admission as a solicitor in 2012. This diverse experience has equipped her with strong interpersonal skills and a comprehensive understanding of the practicalities involved in family law matters. Kiah approaches each case with confidence and sophistication, focusing on proactive negotiation strategies that aim to resolve disputes out of court wherever possible. When litigation is necessary, she acts decisively to advocate for her clients’ interests while continuing to explore opportunities for settlement. She is attentive to the needs and priorities of her clients, ensuring matters are managed sensitively and efficiently with a clear goal of achieving the best possible outcome. Outside of work, Kiah enjoys spending time with her three children and their large, affectionate dog. She also values quiet moments with a good book and a strong cup of coffee.
