Kylie Hrstich

Kylie Hrstich is the Principal of Legal Elements QLD, bringing a wealth of experience gained over many years in the legal profession. She began her legal career at the age of 16 by completing a legal traineeship while still attending high school. Following this, Kylie commenced full-time employment as a legal secretary at the same suburban law firm, where she was exposed to a broad range of legal matters. Kylie furthered her qualifications by completing a Legal Administration course at TAFE and achieving appointment as a Qualified Justice of the Peace. In September 2014, she was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, marking the start of her career in legal practice. Throughout her career, Kylie has developed strong professional relationships with banks, brokers and various law firms, enhancing her capacity to support clients effectively. She is an active member of both the Queensland Law Society and the Queensland Association of Collaborative Practitioners, underscoring her commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration within the legal community. After over four years with The Legal Elements Pty Ltd, Kylie became Principal of Legal Elements QLD in February 2019, which operates separately from the original entity. In January 2026, Legal Elements QLD Pty Ltd was formally established under her leadership, continuing her dedication to delivering reliable and client-focused legal services.
