Ben Shaw

Ben Shaw is the Principal of Dunham Shaw, a firm he founded following nearly two decades of legal practice, including his tenure as a partner at both national and international law firms. Throughout his career, Ben has provided legal services to a diverse range of clients, including international and national banks and financiers, insolvency practitioners, as well as large and small businesses and individuals. Ben is recognised as a Fellow of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA) and contributes actively as a member of its Queensland Committee. He frequently shares his expertise by presenting at industry conferences and has authored more than 35 publications covering insolvency, banking, and property law topics. Additionally, Ben serves on the editorial panel of the LexisNexis Australian Banking & Finance Law Bulletin, reflecting his ongoing engagement with developments in banking and finance law.
