Andrew Turner

Andrew Turner is a Director at BJT Legal, leading the Family Law department. He provides advice and representation across all areas of family law, including separation, parenting and children’s issues, and property settlements. Andrew is experienced in managing negotiated agreements, mediation processes, and court proceedings. He adopts a practical and straightforward approach, aiming to achieve timely resolutions with minimal complication when appropriate. Andrew also has extensive experience handling complex dispute matters involving parenting arrangements and property division. As a member of the Victoria Legal Aid Section 29A Family Law Panel, Andrew is able to assist eligible clients with legal aid services for family law matters.
