Alexandra Munday

Alexandra Munday has been admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales since 2003. Early in her career, she gained valuable experience within the New South Wales Court system, researching and proofreading judgments for cases passing through the Supreme Court. This role provided her with a broad understanding of Equity and Trust matters, including Estates, Probate, Protective issues, and aspects of Corporations Law. Alexandra has worked extensively on both large and complex Wills, Estate, and Probate matters. She has developed considerable experience managing Family Provision claims as well as general estate litigation. Where disputes arise, Alexandra seeks to assist clients in reaching early settlements when appropriate, guiding them through the mediation process to achieve timely and cost-effective out-of-court resolutions. Since joining AJL Legal, Alexandra has also successfully represented clients in Traffic Offence cases in the Local Court, securing favourable outcomes. Beyond litigation, she is diligent and precise in drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and guiding clients through the legal procedures involved in obtaining grants of probate and administration following a family bereavement. Alexandra brings a high level of professionalism and a genuine commitment to the law to every matter she handles, ensuring her clients receive thorough and attentive service throughout their legal journey.
